Scottish Weekend, Moultrie, GA; Punxsutaney Groundhog Days; Celtic Nations Festival, New Orleans, LA; National Pike Festival, Greater Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival; Pittsburgh Irish Festival; Rhubarb festival, Intercourse, PA; Three Rivers Shakespeare Festival; Whiskey Rebellion Bicentennial Festival; Toronto Festival of Storytelling; Great Smoky Mountains Storytelling Festival; Old Bedford Village Storytelling Festival; and many, many others.

Alan is a regular guest on the Saturday Light Brigade radio show.
